About Tia Ribary & Associates

Tia Ribary created Ribary & Associates, LLC in 2002 when she realized there was a large gap between the needs of home-office professionals and access to knowledgeable, reliable office assistance. R&A is able to fill that gap by providing customized support and organization services, always completed professionally, respectfully, accurately and on-time.

Since 2002, R&A has grown to include multiple Associates working with clients throughout the Northwest such as Coaches, Facilitators, Consultants, Real Estate Agents and other home or small office professionals.

R&A has earned the trust and admiration of each company they've worked for and through their dependability and follow through have proven time and again to be an integral part of running an effective business. Client's refer to them as their "lifesavers," which is where their tagline "your professional lifesavers" comes from.

Tia Ribary is an entrepreneur who loves helping small business owners achieve their goals, both in business and in life. She enjoys the flexibility of working virtually and on-site at client's locations. She also enjoys the challenge of working with a variety of people and companies, and particularly enjoys her work doing office organization and efficiency consulting.

Tia is also a new mom, as of 2007! She loves being a mom, and also enjoys travel, scuba diving, hiking, and most anything to do with family. Her volunteer activities include being an instructor for the Portland Police Women's Strength Self Defense Program and actively participating in the non-profit organization, Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon.

Prior to R&A, Tia had over twelve years of experience as a reliable, effective Administrative Assistant working for Fortune 100 companies. Her first clients were those she supported during her employment at these companies.
