Holiday Cards, or Not?

The Holiday Season is no longer approaching, it is here! For business owners this means deciding whether or not to send holiday cards. With everything else going on, this may prove to be a stressful endeavor but, don't pressure yourself!

Consider skipping the traditional holiday cards and sending a New Years card or even a Valentine's Day Card telling your clients how much you appreciate them. Next year, get ahead by sending a Thanksgiving card.

If you do plan to send holiday cards, think of ways to make yours stand out from the rest:

1. Show that you care enough to sign their card by using your personal signature.

2. Write a short personal note in addition to your signature.

3. Use unusual or customized stationery and/or envelopes.

4. Write a holiday letter about the progress your company has made during the past year and let your client know how it will benefit them.

The point is to be creative and don't be pressured by the traditions of the season. If your card arrives apart from all the others, it will stand out from the pack that much more.
