Tia is an entrepreneur who loves helping small business owners achieve their goals, in business and in life. She enjoys the flexibility of working both virtually and on-site. The challenges of working with a variety of people and companies make every day interesting. Tia particularly enjoys her work in office organization and efficiency consulting.
Tia loves being a mom, and also enjoys traveling, scuba diving, walking, and most anything to do with family. She volunteers as an instructor for the Portland Police WomenStrength Self Defense Program and is active in the non-profit organization,
Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon, currently serving on the Advisory Board.
Prior to founding R&A, Tia accrued more than twelve years of experience as a reliable Sales Administrator and Office Manager working for Fortune 100 and high tech companies. Her first clients were those she supported during her employment at those companies.
Errin has over 18 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant working with a diverse group of professionals that includes a national check printing company, real estate agents, a local manufacturer of aviation mission equipment, facilitators, home inspectors, and business coaches and consultants.
Errin enjoys assisting others and excels at “working behind the scenes” to help each client achieve their goals. She’s particularly adept at supporting a businesses online presence and finds great satisfaction in knowing her job gives clients the freedom they desire in doing what they love to do. The variety of projects, needs and challenges for each client provides a daily atmosphere that Errin finds rewarding.
She’s discovering the amazing gift of being a mom, enjoys traveling with her family, watching classic movies with Cary Grant & William Powel, and baking on occasion!
Susan has accumulated over 20 years’ worth of skills and experience by working in a variety of roles within the corporate sector. She enjoyed a very successful career at two top leading newspapers in the nation, providing executive and administrative support to high-level executives, as well as working in a sales/marketing and management environment. Susan began working independently in 2004 and she’s never looked back!
Susan’s goal is to work alongside our clients, to support them and see their business flourish. She is committed to providing exceptional executive level and online business support. She makes sure her business skills are constantly updated to ensure clients benefit from the latest technologies and business knowledge. Her goal is to make our client’s business life easier. She loves having the ability to work with clients down the street or across the country.
In her personal time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves working in the garden and finds the serenity of the outdoors a wonderful place to unwind, sip a nice glass of tea or wine and read a good book.
